Food allergies are so scary especially for kids. Ruby so far has not had any food allergies but her BFF (best friend forever), age 3 is allergic to peanuts. It is easier to control and monitor what your child eats as an infant and toddler at home, but as soon as they are off to pre-school what do you do?
